Pat is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, as well as a Crossfit L2 certified trainer. Having worked for large fitness facilities in his home state of Connecticut, his passion for high intensity group training is undeniable. Small space, no problem. He promises that you will get physically and mentally stronger, you will have a TON of fun, and you will develop skills that you didn't think you were capable of. When not lost or playing somewhere in the Adirondacks, Pat serves as a Captain with the City of Norwalk, CT fire department
Diane is a certified 200 RYT vinyasa yoga instructor. Her attention to detail, careful planning, mindful movements, and ability to tailor to all abilities leaves everyone feeling comfortable and supported, yet challenged and invigorated. Her positive energy and big smile is infectious. When not on the yoga mat, Diane is a lifetime equestrian including working at the highest levels of the show jumping industry and for the best riders in the world. Her undeniable connection and compassion for animals shines through just as in her connections to her students in the yoga studio.
